Process
How a project actually runs.
No black boxes. Every engagement follows the same milestone loop: you scope it, you pay for one milestone at a time, you see working software every week, and you decide what happens next.
Before any code
Discovery and proposal
-
You submit a project idea
A form, an email or a call — whatever you have. A rough sketch is enough to start.
-
Are the requirements clear?
If they are, we go straight to reviewing your needs. If not, we book a discussion meeting to define the vision together, then look again.
- YesWe review and discuss your needs
- Not yetDiscussion meeting to define the vision — then back to this question
-
We create a custom proposal
Scope of work, timeline and milestones, and pricing. If you need changes, we revise it and come back — no milestone starts before you accept.
Repeats per milestone
The milestone loop
-
You pay for the current milestone
One milestone at a time. You are never paying ahead for work that has not been scoped.
-
We build your features
Agile sprints with regular check-ins. Clean architecture, tests and review as we go.
-
We deploy and show progress
Working software on a real environment — not a slide deck. You see progress every week.
-
You review our work
Minor changes are free — one round of adjustments per milestone. Major changes get quoted separately, and you decide whether you want them.
- PerfectOn to the next milestone
- Minor changesFree adjustments, then review again
- Major changesWe quote the additional work — your call
After the last milestone
Delivery and beyond
-
Final project review
We walk the whole build with you once every milestone is done.
-
Final payment and handover
The project is complete, the code and infrastructure are yours.
-
Maintenance, or the next phase
We move into a maintenance phase, and if you want additional features we plan the next phase and start the loop again.
What it means for you
Why we work this way.
You are never over-committed
Payment follows milestones, so the most you ever have at risk is the milestone in front of you.
Scope changes are explicit
Minor adjustments are included. Anything larger is quoted before it is built — so the budget never drifts quietly.
Progress is visible
Every milestone ends with something deployed you can click through, not a status report.
